convergence-continuum’s artistic home is the intimate performance space known as The Liminis . Its name was created from an ancient word meaning "threshold." It is a space between two realities. The Liminis is transfigured for every production, so that when you cross its threshold, you leave behind the conventional reality of everyday life, and are immersed within the unique world of the play to experience it close-up, from the inside.

The Reckless Ruthless Charge of It, or

by Liz Duffy Adams
directed by Clyde Simon

opening Fri, June 26
running Thu-Sat at 8 pm thru July 18

Late at night somewhere in America, on a train hurtling towards infinity, eight strangers meet. A twelve-year-old girl with the powers of a comic book heroine manipulates time and the lives of a jaded Earth Goddess, a horny physicist fleeing a terrifying truth she’s only glimpsed, a young man on the lam from predatory angels, a reluctant travel writer and three Russian brothers on a musical mission to America. While they ride, the destruction of the universe looms as they speed along a comic-poetic collision course with time, history and a supernatural climax!
