Health and Safety
For Ticket holders
Beginning October 31, 2021, all ticket holders must show proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or a negative COVID-19 PCR test to attend a performance at convergence-continuum. Full vaccination means 14 days have passed since receiving a vaccine authorized on an emergency basis by the Food and Drug Administration or World Health Organization.
Children under age 12 and ticket holders who are not vaccinated must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result received within 72 hours prior to entry.
To attend a performance, all ticket holders must have the following:
Physical vaccination card or a photo of the card on a mobile device OR proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test.
Valid photo ID (ticket holders under age 18 may provide a school photo ID or an official school document with the student’s name)
Mask that securely covers the nose and mouth (no bandanas or neck gaiters)
Valid convergence-continuum ticket
Theater will be sold to full capacity without social distancing. Masks are required for all ticket holders regardless of vaccination status.
Ticket holders who do not comply with these policies will not be admitted. If you are unable to attend a performance because you are sick, are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have been exposed to COVID-19 or don’t meet the requirements outlined above, you may call the Box Office at 216.687.0074 to exchange your tickets or request a refund.
While these policies are intended to ensure everyone at convergence-continuum stays healthy and safe, they do not guarantee protection against COVID-19. Ticket holders assume their own risk when they enter the theater.
For convergence-continuum staff
Beginning September 23, 2021, all convergence-continuum staff, except those who have received an accommodation for medical or religious purposes, must be fully vaccinated. All convergence-continuum staff are required to wear masks regardless of vaccination status.
